Our studio is the only Studio in Miri, which provides Personal Training Instructors for our clients. We are currently moving into our 6th year of business and we are looking for NEW people who have similar goals to grow and develop with the business.

Successful applicants who meet our requirements, will go through 3 months of Fitness Training, learning new techniques such as:- Functional Core Exercises, Kettlebell Exercises, Battlerope Exercises, Suspension Training Exercises, Designing Workout Programs for Clients, Confidence Building, Basic Boxing Techniques, Body Weight Exercises, Learn how to instruct Individuals and Groups SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY and Manage the ‘day to day’ operations of the business.

1. 1.Junior Trainer - Basic Knowledge of Fitness Exercise with some or little experience with the fitness industry.  Fitness Enthusiast. Good Communication Skills.  Will handle clients on a one to one basis and also in group format.  Manage day to day operation of business.  Has own transport.  Punctual.  Has good fitness appearance, physical readiness and personal presentation.  Terms:  Basic Salary + Commission.
